This is a PellesC conversion of Henry Spencer's regexp library. It is needed to compile c2b with PellesC. This library was compiled from the original code, and it needed to be reworked a little to compile with PellesC, so there may be subtle differences from the Lcc-Win32 version. I noticed the error function is different.
