This is a Visual Basic 3 utility for copying a Windows Metafile (WMF) from the clipboard and saving it to disk with the .wmf extension. It requires the VB3 runtime Vbrun300.dll which can be downloaded online if you do not have any other VB3 programs installed. If you make a drawing in Word or Excel using the in built drawing tools, you can save this to disk as clip art by first copying it to the clipboard, and then running CLIP2WMF.
I lost the source of this long ago, but I still keep the exe. Recently I decided I should update this to BCX, but I have forgotten how I did it the first time. This was the last program I wrote in Visual Basic, and I note the date of the exe is June 1994!
